BROCKTON, Mass. (AP) _ HarborOne Bancorp Inc. (HONE) on Thursday reported first-quarter net income of $12.3 million.

The Brockton, Massachusetts-based bank said it had earnings of 25 cents per share.

The bank holding company posted revenue of $54.7 million in the period. Its revenue net of interest expense was $52.3 million, which topped Street forecasts.
